Job Summary

The Salesforce CRM Administrator will develop and engineer key software elements to support the LIFE SCIENCE project goals as part of ongoing support of the SalesForce CRM. Responsibilities included but not limited to: creating and developing solutions at every level of the software from the user interface, business logic, and CRM scripts and processes. The successful candidate will maximize Meridian’s LIFE SCIENCE market share and sales opportunities by making complete utilization of CRM database development, analytics and maintenance. This position can be 100% remote however candidates in the Memphis TN area are a definate plus.

Key Duties

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • SalesForce CRM database management, maintenance, system design, analytics, and customer information integrity.
  • Configures, develops, and validates CRM solutions built based on the requirements and inputs collected by business analysts and project leaders
  • Ensure the CRM platform technical design aligns to overall enterprise goals and is scalable for future use.
  • Assist with Salesforce.com administration and project prioritization as it relates to Salesforce.com
  • Ensure data maintains integrity in conjunction with Infor XA ERP systems
  • Participate in training as it relates to product lines, systems, corporate account strategies, territory strategies and MLS strategy.
  • Support the Commercial Sales Team in conducting product promotions including review and identify strategic direction, problem areas and opportunities to promote sales growth.  Conduct lead generation activities as set by plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date relevant metrics for proposals, contracts, conversion rates, and revenues. Provide additional metrics, as requested.
  • Makes full use of all other company systems such as XA, Powerlink, MasterCONTROL, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2 or more years of SalesForce CRM experience, Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience maintaining data integrity through Infor XA ERP System
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels and business units
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills, leveraged by strong computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding with technical capabilities of Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work with and influence people without formal authority and to work well with other departments within the company
  • Excellent problem solving and teamwork abilities: ability to work within or lead a team
  • Ability to implement strategies, monitor results and make adjustments of strategy within sales team to achieve product focus strategic goals

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2 or more years of SalesForce CRM and experience with XA, CARS, or something similar
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification
  • Salesforce Lightning Development
  • Candidates in the Memphis TN market would be a huge plus

Requirements:

    • <25% travel may be required

    • Ability to work on PC including repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse for long periods throughout the course of the work day.
    • Must be able to analyze and concentrate routinely throughout the course of the work day.
    • May be required to sit for long periods of time through the course of the work day.
    • Must be able to adhere to applicable safety practices for the site.
