The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities and activities across the organization. The position will require exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with discretion while managing a wide range of high-stakes responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. In addition to executive support, this role will coordinate corporate events from planning through execution, managing every detail with precision and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging events that align with Meridian’s brand values and mission.
