Job Summary

The QA/RA Assistant is responsible for supporting Meridian for the implementation, maintenance, and delivery of the quality management system in accordance to ISO13485 and fulfilling the expectations of the company quality policy.

Key Duties

  • Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 13485
  • Support and administer document control in the MasterControl system
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality documents
  • Organize and maintain quality records
  • Take responsibility to organize supplier control
  • Support internal audits and assist with external and customer audits
  • Support Nonconformities, Deviations, OOS, and CAPA activities
  • Prepare reports and presentations on QMS performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Reliable organizational skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Comfortable working with common computer applications
  • Practical problem‑solving skills and a structured way of thinking
  • Enjoys working in an international team and with different departments
  • Basic understanding of ISO 13485 requirements or willingness to learn
  • Able to set priorities and handle busy periods calmly
  • Confident in assessing quality‑related or regulatory topics
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in life science or quality management
