Responsible for the new product development process, from concept to full commercial launch.  This role will take the lead assessing the market, collaborating with project teams to move products through the pipeline, outlining product requirements, building and executing go-to-market and launch plans, and partnering with commercial marketing and sales training to ensure the sales force is equipped with tools to sell new products. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, QA/RA, Project Management, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to drive Meridian strategy.

Performs all routine maintenance department activities and provides specific skills in one or more crafts at the Apprentice level.

Meridian Bioscience is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the R&D team at our site in London, UK.   The Senior Research Associate will work alongside our team of Senior Scientists and Scientists in a supporting capacity. In this role, they will facilitate the new molecular product development efforts of the R&D team by performing routine laboratory work and experimental work across various projects.
